He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Devon Moore and Mary Martha Dunn Moore; and his siblings, Charles, Bill, Alma and Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Moore; his children, Jami Dean (Greg), Kristyl Tatum, Colby Moore (Harriett) and Jerome Craig; and his sister Elsie Moore. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
