He was predeceased by: his parents, John Irvine Jones and Martha Barbara Strader Jones. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Jones; his children, Lewis Irvine Jones, Franklin Strader Jones and Anne Strader Jones Dantzler (David); his grandsons, James D. Dantzler III, Robert A. Dantzler, Patrick C. Dantzler and John I. Jones II; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Dantzler and Vincent Dantzler.
