She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Dyer and Hester Jones Dyer; her husband David McCay; her siblings, John, Ed, Melvin Dyer and Vina Foster; her grandson David Dickey; and her great grandchild Davnee Dickey.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Parris of Dalton, GA, Debra Dickey of Epworth, GA and Steve Dickey of Epworth, GA; and her siblings, George Dyer of Blue Ridge, Roba Dyer of Ellijay, GA, Carlen Postell of Ellijay, GA and Susie Cook of Ringgold, GA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
