He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Edwin O'Neill of County Wexford and Louise Bridewell O'Neill of Birmingham, AL.; his son Patrick Terrence O'Neill; and his granddaughter Amy M. Cox. He is survived by: his wife Merle Ione O'Neill of Blue Ridge, GA; his children, Glenda Ann Frazier (Tim) of Quinlan, TX and Michael David O'Neill (Debra) of Quinlan, TX; his grandson Colton O'Neill; his grandson-in-law Robby Cox; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Michell Cox and Riley Edwin Cox.
