He is survived by: his mother Lena Rose Abernathy Earley of Blue Ridge, GA; his wife Renee Payne; his children, Patrick Earley of Oakwood, GA and Jody Earley of Oakwood, GA; his stepchildren, Kala Szlosek of Powder Springs, GA and Corey Payne of Blue Ridge, GA; his brother Mark Earley (Sherry) of Ellijay, GA; his nephews, Anthony Baldridge, Lucas Earley and Quinton Earley; his niece Lindsey Baldridge; and his grandchildren, Lacey and Brooklyn Szlosek.
