He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Nelson of Blue Ridge, GA; his daughter Sheila Joan; his son-in-law Gerald Orr of Jasper, GA; his brother Albert Nelson of Jasper, GA; his daughter-in-law Diana Nelson of Jasper, GA; and his grandchildren, William Nelson, Alisha Dempsey and Raymond Orr. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
