It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel McTaggart Moore (Blue Ridge, Georgia), born in Tate, Georgia, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her son Donald Moore; her daughter-in-law Sheila Moore; her son Allen Moore; and her siblings, Betty Roberts, Joan Priest, Ruby Dodd, Junior McTaggart, Charles McTaggart, Randal McTaggart and Glenn McTaggart. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
