He was predeceased by: his father Thomas "Elb" Elbert Rhodes; and his niece Heather Gazaway (Richard). He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Louise Dockery Rhodes of Blue Ridge, GA; his sisters, Glenda Stover (Wayne) of Blue Ridge, GA, Tonya Rhodes Brown of Turtletown, TN and Krystal Davenport (Jeff) of Chatsworth, GA; his nieces and nephews, David Stover, Bryson Setser (Marta), Bradley Setser (Linsey) of Nichaelia Rhodes, J. T, Thrasher and Toby Deaton; and his great-nieces, Skylar Gazaway and Riley Gazaway.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel (7871 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513).
