He is survived by: his children, Robert Arp, Richard Arp and Stacy Arp; his former wife Carol Hayes; his grandchildren, Matthew Harmon, Isabel Arp, James Arp and Alana Arp; his great grandchild Emma Harmon; and his uncle James Davenport. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
