She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Ray and Jessie Lee Cochran-Ray; her husband Ralph L. Bolen; her stepmother Myrtle Ray; her son Oscar Eddie German; and her brothers, Jay Ray, Hoyt Ray and Hubert Ray (Buddy).
She is survived by: her children, Robert German (Ebba) and Donna S. Scott; her stepdaughter Donna Collins (Gary); and her grandchildren, Christy Weaver (Drew), Tina Berry (Chad), Shane Jenkins (Cally), Jeanette Burger, Angie Burger and Cindy Burger. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
