He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Sullivan and Georgia Gillispie Sullivan; and his siblings, Dennis Sullivan and Mary Dills. He is survived by: his wife Regina Sparks Sullivan; his sons, Michael Sullivan of Blairsville, GA and Rick (Tina Sullivan); and his grandsons, Craig Sullivan and Scott Sullivan. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
