We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2023, at the age of 73, Darrell Mann of Blue Ridge, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Darrell made and sold the signs and donated the proceeds back to the emergency management system in Fannin County.
