It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles L Chapman of Blue Ridge, Georgia, born in Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Chapman; his daughter Denise Chapman; his stepson Tobey Cochran (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Crystal Trout, Christopher Fisher, Tyler Cochran, Chase Cochran and Kayla Metcalf; and his great grandchildren, Kate, Kingston Trout and Jackson Cochran.
