It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edward Luce of Blue Ridge, Georgia, born in Dunkirk, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Luce and Ella Marsh Luce; his wife Natalie Janet Malkowski Luce; and his grandson Aaron Lucas. He is survived by: his children, Gary Luce (Judith), Scott Luce (Wendy) and Debbie Lucas (Ronald). He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
