He is survived by: his son Donald Jerald; his daughter-in-law Becky Callihan of Blue Ridge; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Michelle Bowers, Shannon Callihan, Matt Callihan, Dustin Callihan, Eddie Gilmore and Kayla Gilmore. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
