He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence and Ruby Lucille Watkins Parr. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Parr; his daughters, Tina King (Allen) of Morganton, GA and Karen Parr of Blue Ridge, GA; his siblings, James, Sandy Parr of Lawrenceville, GA, Jerry, Afreen Parr of Gainesville, GA and Cathy Mahon of Blue Ridge, GA; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Patterson, Justin Patterson and Gracie King. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
