She was predeceased by: her parents, Tullie Ozark Brantley and Virginia Tyler of Tennessee; her husband Larry Wyman Phillips; and her great grandchild Justin Jerrell. She is survived by: her daughters, Frances Perry (Mitchell) and Georgia; her grandchildren, April Rogers of Bakersfield, CA, Sandie Green (Shane) of Tifton, GA, Michael Perry (Amanda) of Ashburn, GA, Morgan Blaine of Blue Ridge, GA and Jennifer Blaine of Concord, NC; her great grandchildren, Blake Rogers (Sara), Reece Green (Hannah), Jake Perry (Erin), Ben Perry and Rivers Perry; and her great great grandchildren, Cohen, Cooper Green, Ryder, Oakley Rogers and Everleigh Perry.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery.
