She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl Ballew, Sr. and Nellie Rogers Ballew; her daughter Beverly Denise Burgess; and her brother James Earl Ballew, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Ted Zeskowski; her daughter-in-law Paulette Kemp; and her brother Eugene Ballew.
