It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Patterson (Blue Ridge, Georgia), who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Galloway and Effie Galloway; her husband Frank Patterson; and her sisters, Ruby Patterson (Rockford), Pauline Thomas (Arthur) and Gertrude Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Patterson, Danny Patterson (Vanessa) and William Patterson (Kim); her grandchildren, Emilee Burns (Jimmy), Will Patterson (Grace), Bethany Patterson, Cameron Cearley (Emma), Caleb Cearley (Abby) and Faith Patterson; and her sister Bobbie Crawford (Roy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Akins-Cobb Blue Ridge Chapel (7871 Blue Ridge Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (1370 Macedonia Church Rd, Blue Ridge, GA 30513).
