With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Harris Rand of Blue Ridge, Georgia, born in Fort Benning, Georgia, who passed away on July 31, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Edwin Harris and Florence Troutner Harris; her husband Edward "Ned" Lewis Rand, Sr.; her children, Christopher "Chris" Stewart Rand, Edward "Ned" Lewis Rand, Jr. (Anne) of Birmingham, AL and Robin Rand Servine (Dirk) of Charlottesville, VA; her daughter-in-law Lissa Rutland Rand of Newnan, GA; her siblings, Charles Troutner Harris (Alice) of Beverly, MA and Sandra Harris Newman (Henry) of Marblehead, MA.; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Rand Thomas (Will), MaryRutland Harris Rand, Christopher Stewart Rand, Jr., Molly Logan Servine, Sarah Ann Servine, Jane Rand Servine, Lewis Everett Rand and Lillian Litton Rand. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
