He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe Hall, Flora, Tom Mulvahill, Arlene, Arnold DeKett, Irene and Delbert Proulx; and his aunt Fran Mulvahill.
He is survived by: his parents, Marcy and Jim Proulx; his siblings, Amanda (Cody Lake) and Anthony Proulx; his nieces and nephews, Lucas Doan, Ellis Martinez, Dakota and Cheyenne Lake; his grandparents, Sam, Linda Proulx and Al Nechvil; and his aunts and uncles, Bob Proulx, Erik Proulx, Erik Hopkins, Melissa Raso, Mary Morgan and Nikki Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, funds are being raised for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
