He was predeceased by: his parents, Pernell McClelland, Jr. and Eva Fail McClelland; and his wife Ernestine Dunaway McClelland. He is survived by: his sisters, Edna McCullough, Helen Chance and Elizabeth Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
