He was predeceased by: his sister Kathy Strozier (Linda Daniels Strozier). He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Janine Hernandez (Ed) of Smithfield, VA and Kim Neal (Reginald) of Honolulu, HI; his sister-in-law Jimmi Taylor (Billy) of Bloomingdale, GA; and his former wife Joan A. Strozier. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
