He was predeceased by: his father Billy James Rogers; and his close friend Eric Stafford. He is survived by: his daughter Brianna England (Jon); his grandchildren, Johnathan England, Shepherd England, Izabelle England and Aleah Medders; his mother Mary LaVerne Rogers; and his siblings, Deborah Dean (Martin) and Jimmy Rogers (Julie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
