He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Hickox (Traci), Ashley Hickox, Samantha Shadle (Slade), Jessica Schoonover (Daniel) and Shelbie Johnson (Reece); his grandchildren, Randy, Brittany, Alexis, Kristina, Madyson, Evan, Brandon, Haiden, Sadie, Mallory, Benjamin, Abigail, Sullivan and Ryder; and his brothers, Landall Hickox (Myrtice) and Michael Hickox (Lana). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
