She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Couey and Florrie Couey; her husband John "Jack" Clark; and her siblings, Linda Thurman, Reta Whitehead, Christine Methvin, Lynette Adams, Walter "Buddy" Couey, Billy Couey, Jimmy Couey and Harrell Couey.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Clark Deen; her son-in-law Tommy of Bloomingdale; her son John Clark, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Lynn of New York. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
