He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Tullis Smith; his children, Amber Key (Rusty), Ashley Perry (Anthony) and Austin Smith (Brandi); his grandchildren, Logan, Braleigh, Cayden, Cameron, Kiersten, Nolan, Tyres and Hope (Trenton); and his siblings, Wanda Ilami, Marie Cramer (Gerald) and Jeffrey Smith (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
