He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Parkhurst and Marguerite Parkhurst; his wife Dorothy Dean Rogers Parkhurst; his grandsons, David Parkhurst and Jake Sapp; his great grandchild Lincoln Bowers; and his siblings, Betty Jo, Norman and Pat.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Parkhurst (late Denise), Ronald Parkhurst (Lori), Lisa Ferland (Roland) and Lori Sapp (Keith); his grandchildren, Nancy Stone (late Donald), Dennis Parkhurst (Brandy), Lindy Bowers (Nathan), Ryan Parkhurst, Michael Ferland (Natalie), Dawn Caylor and Makayla Wiley (A. J.); his great grandchildren, Cameron Stone, Landon, London Bowers, Thomas, Conley Chester, Jackson Ferland, Paisley, Bubbie and Calvin Wiley; his siblings, Elaine and Larry; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
