She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Booth and Evelyn Lacey Booth; and her husband Paul A. Blake. She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Steven Blake (DeLynn) and Stacey Blake (Jane); her grandchildren, Ashley Blake, Patrick Blake, Garrett Blake, Danielle Naples, DeLynn Straub and Michelle Traynor; her great grandchildren, Madison, Taylor, Autumn, Brandon, Caitlin, Jonathan, Steven, Joshua, Tristan, EmiLee and Liam; and her sister Betty Brasher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
