He was predeceased by: his parents, Roopnarine Bhimull and Basso Bhimull; and his sibling Krishna Bhimull (Dorothy). He is survived by: his wife Mona Bhimull; his children, Indira Dhanraj, Andy Bhimull, Wayne Bhimull, Christine Bhimull and Elvis Bhimull; his children-in-law, Linda Bhimull, Joyce Bhimull and Ramjass Dhanraj; and his siblings, Roy Bhimull (Judy), Samdaye, Raja Bhimull (Tok), Bina Bhimull (Christine) and Darrin Bhimull (Karen). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
