He is survived by: his wife Joan Carter; his daughters, Connie Laverne Redman, Lacy Dennice Krenn (Lonnie), Patricia Ann Lyons and Jessica Kersey (Russell); his grandchildren, Lilly Kersey, Kristen Michelle Dionne, Caryn Dennice Dionne, Brandon Lee Turnbow and Preston Lee Turnbow; his great grandchildren, Gracie Turnbow and Ryder Turnbow; and his siblings, Donna Carter, Debbie Mondello, Frank Carter and Lee Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
