He was predeceased by: his father Harold Kelley; and his brother Terry Kelley. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Kelley Graham (Loy) and Jennifer Kelley Morgan (Clay); his grandchildren, Owen, Lance, Averie Graham, Haven and Sawyer Morgan; his mother Betty Kelley; and his brothers, Danny Kelley (Tonda) and Larry Kelley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
