He is survived by: his children, Susan Phillips, April Dawn Scott (Jesse), Freeman Glenn Phillips (Jeanie) and Diana Minton (Mark); his grandchildren, Brittany Mitchell, Anna, Nathan, Luke, Abi Scott, Tyler Phillips, Chris, Andrew, Jessica and Kayla Minton; his great grandchild Jacob Mitchell; his sister Betty Thorn; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
