He is survived by: his wife Louise Brainard Herrod; his daughters, Katrina Casha Herrod of Florida and Witney Sabrina Herrod Apodaca; his sons-in-law, Nicholas Randall of Florida and Jesse Edwin Apodaca; his grandchildren, Donavan Lee Herrod, Nevaeh Hope Herrod and Cali Kenzie Lowry; and his brothers-in-law, James Lee Holinbaugh and Loren Daniel Brainard.
