It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Chapman of Bloomingdale, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnell Chapman and Edna Chapman; his children, Chasity L. Chapman and Carnell A. Chapman; his brothers, Mike and Dennis Chapman; his mother-in-law Freida Kniphfer; and his sister-in-law Jenny Kniphfer.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Chapman; his siblings, Beverly Thompson, Kathy Smiley, Ronnie Chapman, Donnie Chapman and Charlie Chapman (Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Krenson (Patti), Donald, Eddie (Elaine), Waring Kniphfer (Melissa), Deborah Witt (Joe), Teresa Kniphfer, Connie Jiran (Pat) and Kay Anaya. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
