He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Spivey; his children, Alix Snyder (William), Craig Daniel Spivey, Jr. and Angela Spivey; his granddaughters, Kennedy and Melody; his siblings, Tammy Spivey Phillips (Donnie), Jimmy Gibson (Brenda), Bob Daniel (Miriam) and Louis Schneider (Emily); and his aunt Faye Daniel Fortunato. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
