He is survived by: his daughters, Cara Helen Elizabeth Meushaw and Autumn Rose Meushaw; his grandchild Camryn Elkin Gibson; his parents, Colleen Keyser and Michael Joseph Meushaw; his brother Joseph Franklin Meushaw; his grandmother Rosalie Carr; his stepsisters, Roxanne Holcomb and Tonya Haskett; his former wife April Dysinger; his child Erin Madden; his aunts and uncles, Robert Sean Keyser, John Meushaw, Joy Meushaw Holler, Vivian Keyser and Sunny Gale Burdo; his cousins, Jesse Keyser and Oliver Keyser; and his stepson David James Hawk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
