He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Collins and Mary Effie Green Collins; and his wife Geneva Elizabeth Long Collins. He is survived by: his children, Terri Elizabeth Collins and Andrew Michael Collins, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Michael Collins, Jr. and Jessica Waldhour. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
