With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Winifred Alexander Felder of Blakely, Georgia, who passed away on April 21, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Anne Marshall; and her grandson Kevin Marshall. She is survived by: her husband C. Winston Felder; her daughter Lynda Stokes; her grandchildren, Bill Hobbs and Leah Moore; and her great grandchildren, Winston Hobbs, Henry Hobbs, Anna Moore, Lily Moore, Midori Marshall and Haruka Marshall.
