He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Evans Jr. and Perline Smith Evans (Smith); his stepmother Rose Evans; his siblings, R. Roenokee Evans and Thelma Hutchins (Evans); and his son Willie Frank Evans Jr..
He is survived by: his child Renee'; his wife Norean Evans; his children, Renee V. Evans (Eli Schoby) and Shanavorn Butler (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Leshonte Mills (Lamar Gordon), Larry D. Curry Jr. (Naima), Monique Jurnakins, William C. Mills III (Christie Memmer), Louis Shavez Gentry (Corrie), Evan Curry (Sharon), Willie F. Evans III (Maria), James Evans, Melody Mills and Mykal Mills (Rachel Roberts). He is also survived by several Great-Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
