He was predeceased by: his father Hosie White. He is survived by: his mother Verna Thomas White; his brother Steve White (Angela Rayla Watson); his children, Amber White Mulligan (Matthew) of Jacksonville, Alexis Nicole White (Cory Altman) of Blakely, Alanna Marie White of Athens and Jimmy Wayne White (Brice Harrell) of Blakely; his granddaughter Madilynn Michelle Altman of Blakely; and his siblings, Linda Hamilton, Lane White of Blakely, Randy White (Lisa) of Blakely and Rex White of Blakely. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Shriners and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
