He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward "Jack" Peters and Harriett Melissa Fletcher Peters; and his brother Herbert Peters. He is survived by: his siblings, Geraldine (George Wilson), Debra (Danny Hodges) and Jimmy Peters of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
