Shelby Jean Hughes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Hughes of Blakely, Georgia, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Bell Grier; her husband James Marvin Hughes; her brother Willie Jim Jackson; and her son Grady Holman Harper II (Bud). She is survived by: her children, Mary Jean Taylor, Gloria Ann Harper and Robert Kyle Harper; her daughter-in-law Dale Harper; and her stepchildren, James Franklin (PeeWee) and Hughes (Sherry). She is also survived by 9 grandkids, 11 great grand kids and 1 great great grandchild.
