He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Louis Eaton, Sr. and Alma Olevia McGee Eaton; and his brother Charlie Louis Eaton, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother David Eaton; his nieces, Vanessa Tindell, Kim McFay and Jeanie Cherry; and his nephew Adam Eaton.
