He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lamar Howard and Vonnell Howard; and his siblings, Tracy Howard and Michael Howard. He is survived by: his wife Sara Edwards Howard; his children, Olivia Chapman (Michael) of Colquitt, GA and Ricky Howard, Jr. (Lil) of LaGrange, GA.; his grandchildren, Selena Michelle Chapman, MicKenna Faith Chapman and Nicholas Howard; and his sister Teresa Cox (Robert) of Ft. Gaines, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home Chapel (21802 Lucile Rd, Blakely, GA 39823). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
