She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sydney Howard and Charlotte Rebecca Bowden Howard; and her husband Buddy Gentry. She is survived by: her children, Tony Gentry (Pam) of Blakely, Pam Murphy of Sharpsburg, Cindy Holland (Bill) of Dothan, Lisa Burgamy (David) of Columbus and Jill Medley of Hodgesville; her sisters, Patricia Thomas and Lil Eubanks; and her grandchildren, Samuel Murphy, Elizabeth Cobb (Justin), Caleb Holland, Hannah Tharp (Levi), Matthew Burgamy, Rebecca Burgamy, Jason Gentry (Melody), Andrea Jernigan (BJ), Dylan Medley and Hunter Medley. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Bethel Baptist Church Missions Ministry at 29 Blakely Hwy, Blakely, Ga.
