He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Orr and John Samuel; his wife Becky Orr; his siblings, Kenny Orr, Sammy Orr and Toni Woodall; and his children, Tracy Orr, Randall Orr and Kristine Breedlove.
He is survived by: his son Paul Orr; his brothers, Benny Orr (Shirley), Barry Orr (Wanda) and Larry Orr; his grandchildren, Adam Breedlove (Mary-Beth), Dustin, Josh Orr, Danielle, Brandi, Ashley and Kristine; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Sarah, Caley, Alexis, Mello, Jada, Bradley and Austin; and also Joe Woodall.
