She was predeceased by: her parents, Jethro Franklin "Frank" and Nettie Ruth Harper Gowan; and her sisters, Doris and Myra Gowan. She is survived by: her husband Wayne L. Parker; her stepdaughter Tammy Pfalzgraff (Mark); her stepgrandchildren, Paige and Tiffany Temples (Michael); her sisters, Diane Gowan, Ellen Everson Taylor (Frank), Rhonda Paul and Trudie Evans (Ed); and also Hannah Grace. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
