He is survived by: his son Jerry Whitehead (Angela); his grandson Cody Whitehead; his stepdaughters, Renada Hays and Catherine Anderson; his siblings, Onise Brackins of Midland City, Ann Henderson (Lamar) of Midland City, Billy Joe Whitehead of Midland City, Grimes of Midland City, Edward Whitehead (Judy) of Midland City, Jackie Whitehead (Debbie) of Midland City and Joyce Chandler (Delbert) of Midland City; and his sister-in-law Dora Whitehead.
