He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. Kelly and Annie Pearl Burdeshaw Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Janis English Kelly; his children, James Mark Kelly (Marie) of Dothan and Jamie Kelly Chapman (Wesley) of Dothan; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Saylor, Sawyer, Beau and Scout; and his siblings, Joyce Housley, Annette Simpson, Jan Kelly, Kim Irvin (John) and Billy Kelly (Charlotte).
